Why we are here? Being Dutch and living in Australia we miss some of the delicious foods that we were brought up with. When we introduced them to others there was no doubt that we had something special to offer. We now share the very best of our home country dishes with Australia. How we do it? We are always on the lookout for the best recipes for those dishes that we love. We test them with family and friends before introducing them to the market. It should taste exactly as we remember. What we offer? Currently we sell waffles from a traditional recipe from Danielle’s home village. This recipe was passed on for generations and kept secret except for a lucky few. The recipe was used to bake waffles for markets and events to draw out the masses. People from surrounding villages were coming down especially to buy these waffles. Traditionally served with butter and sugar, but improved for the Australian taste with toppings like strawberry & cream, banana, chocolate & cream, and banana, caramel, crushed peanuts & cream. Our waffles are light, crispy and with the hearty taste you would expect from Holland. You have to try these delicious waffles!
