The Rare Flower Food Truck is a family‐owned and operated mobile food venture based in Perth specializing on authentic Hungarian cuisine. Our menu is an ever changing journey into the flavours of Hungary melted into recipes of the international cuisine. We are unique in the sense, that we are currently the only food truck in Australia that specializes on traditional Hungarian dishes like Langos ‐ a fried variety of flatbread with sweet and savoury toppings, Chicken Paprika with Dodolle ‐ fried Hungarian Potato

Dumplings, Grilled Hungarian Sausage Hot‐Dogs (sausages sourced locally from a small butcher shop ), Spicey fries with home made sauces, Fresh Salads also with home made dressings, Chicken Paprika Wraps. All of these dishes are prepared fresh upon every customer order in our food trailer using the highest quality local ingredients. When cooking, we use our family recipes and our imagination to create something new, something exciting, without using any artificial colours flavours or preservatives with one goal in mind: to create home made style quality dishes. We cater for vegetarians and people with gluten sensitivity as well, also have options for children. We also protect the environment wherever and whenever we can; using bio‐degradable packaging materials,serving our dishes in recyclable plates with the same cutleries of the same material.
