Oporto Flame Grilled Portuguese Chicken

At Oporto, chicken is grill rather than fry. We use fresh product instead of frozen product. We do not need microwaves, all we need are just a grill and pair of tongs. We have the best, flame grilled chicken in Perth and recently launched our famous chilli sauce, (made with fresh ginger, chilli and lemon.)
