An's Big fairy floss

We are running this food stall since 2015 in Subiaco Market, now we moved in Canning Vale Market. We make and sell Candy floss(Fairy floss). We have our candy floss machine which is using small gas for fire to make candy floss. Normally we use 3x3 gazebo, two of 10L water tanks for drinking and cleaning my utensils and hands. About ingredient, We are using an Australian proud sugar brand "CSR" sugar and we are making 4 different colours and flavours. Blueberry(Blue), Strawberry (Red), Banana(Yellow), Pineapple(Green). These Food colours are all natural and chemical free (located in Kardinya,WA) and we make colour sugars by our hand. When we make Candy floss, we use 40cm of bamboo stick without sharp side for the children safety.
