About Kadidjiny Park Markets
Started in 2016 Spring, Kadidjiny Park Market has its focus on creating a down to earth community market with a relaxing and pleasant vibe. Situated in the most beautiful garden in Melville, a variety of 100 hand picked local stallholders will be bringing with them locally handmade goodies, artistic paintings and crafts, talents such as music and henna arts, food from around the globe, fresh local produces, as well as unique goods specially brought back from around the world. Our markets are all properly insured, registered, and well advertised. We pride ourselves in providing the best service at the lowest price.

Costs and Stall Sizes
We do not differentiate food vendors and standard stallholders when it comes to stall fees. Stall fees vary depending on sizes only. The layout of the site is such that it would allow an easy one direction flow of traffic hence all vendors has an equal chance of sales.
All sites are outdoor on lawn.
3m x 3m - $90
4m x 3m - $120
6m x 3m - $180
*every additional meter after 6m cost $10. Stallholders with generators must include space required for your generators when applying.
What you are paying for...
The stall fees you paid are used for the hire of ground, event registration, vendors registration, advertising (social media, websites, flyers, & banners), amenities & equipment (toilets, signs, gazebos, tables & chairs, lighting, sound equipment etc), staffs & contractors (electrician, security, traffic control, setup, clean-up), entertainment (buskers, bouncy castles, rides, petting zoos, Santa, dressed up characters, ...), insurances, licenses, and last but not least the time to put all these together.
You will receive your own stall space to sell your products, 1 year subscription listing on our website with all the information you have provided to us, your business name listed on our market site map which is available online and given away on the day, and support to help promote your business.
How many visitors attend the event?
Our first Christmas event attracted 3000 visitors. This is our second event and we are aiming for the same if not more.
How to Apply and when you will receive a confirmation...
To apply, please complete the application form in the next page before due date 18th of September. All applications are normally assessed by the closing date. All applicants will receive an email within 7 days after the closing date advising if you have successfully secured a stall or been placed on the reserves list.
Successful applicants must reply to the email and secure payments within 7 days of acceptance or the space will be offered to the next on reserved list.
All notification will be done via emails.

To help promote your business and drive traffics to your stalls, please use the email newsletters template that we have provided for you to invite your customers, family, and friends to the event. If you send us a copy of your done up template, we will even send it out to our email subscribers!
